Our Services
Environment Control has the ability to service a variety of office space types, including Class A and Class B. Some of the common services provided to these institutions include, but are not limited to-
- Lobbies: Front desk areas, waiting room tables, lighting maintenance, windows, couches, chairs, and more.
- Offices: Cubicles, general office space, executive suites, desks, chairs, waste baskets (including recycling), and more.
- Elevator Interiors: Floor deep-cleaning, rails, walls, buttons, and overall elevator sanitation.
- Conference Rooms: Boardrooms, client meeting areas, whiteboards (upon request), television screens, tables, and more.
- Break Areas: General cleaning services are provided to employee break areas, including: waste management, surface cleaning, and more.
- Bathrooms/Washrooms: Mirrors, floors, waste baskets, and toilets. All toiletries are stocked on-demand.
- Special Requests: Environment Control will provide customized services if it is within our capacity. If there is any service you need that is not listed please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate. All requests are subject to approval by management.

- Carpet Cleaning: We provide floor care with different carpet types (including carpet tile) and sizes in mind. We use proprietary products, tools, and methods based on the need of the work site.
- Hardwood Floors: We can provide service to a variety of wood types/material types. Our staff has the longevity of your floors in mind, while providing consistent, fresh results.
- Miscellaneous Hard Surfaces: Our technicians specialize in cleaning a variety of flooring types: ceramic flooring, VCT tile, rubber flooring, stone flooring, wood flooring, Terrazo, and more.

When you hire our company, the following is included in our packages:
- Inspection Reports- We have regular, random inspections in place to check our performance in accordance with our strict, in-house guidelines. All reports are transparent and available to clients whenever requested.
- Quality Control Reports- Our main office will call and survey our clientele each quarter. We ask that you hold our company responsible for anything that prevents 100% satisfaction. We review all results and make prompt adjustments as necessary.
- Personal Visits- If necessary, a representative from Environment Control will schedule an on-site visit, during office hours, to address any concerns.
- Responsiveness- We keep in-house records of client response times. Our goal is timely interactions and results.
- QAP Review- Each step in your Quality Assurance Program is reviewed with our management staff and your facilities’ cleaners. Adjustments in our process are implemented to your specific facility to ensure top-performance and consistent results from our staff.
